My progress disappeared
Progress is saved on your device only. There is no account and we hold no copy, so we cannot restore it. Your phone's own iCloud or Google backup may carry it to a new device, but we cannot promise that and we cannot see it. If the app was deleted and reinstalled with no backup in play, the paintings start over.
How do I turn off reminders?
Settings, then turn reminders off. That works whether or not you have granted the system notification permission, so you do not have to go digging in your phone's settings.
Are there really no ads and nothing to buy?
Yes. No advertising anywhere, no in app purchases, and nothing locked. There is no advertising software inside the app at all.
Is the artwork AI generated?
Yes, and every piece is reviewed by hand before it ships, with every region checked to be fillable and large enough to carry a legible number. There is more about that on the home page.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Everything is bundled in the app, so it works in airplane mode and everywhere else.
Can I use a picture I finished?
Yes. Print it, post it, share it. The terms have the detail.
